Chad Smith

Chad Smith has learned first-hand the knowledge and responsibilities that come with being a successful real estate professional. Chad gained years of experience working with his family's real estate firm before he became a licensed REALTOR® in 2005. Integrity, professionalism and a desire to help others have been the top priorities throughout Chad's career. Chad graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with degrees in business administration and recording industry management. Throughout school, Chad worked as a courier for FedEx and after graduating entered the Nashville music industry, assisting engineers and producers with some of Nashville's top musicians. Chad has been a full-time, licensed REALTOR® since 2005, dedicated to helping buyers, sellers and investors achieve their real estate goals. Chad believes that integrity, experience and current market knowledge are crucial in protecting today's homebuyers and sellers. Chad has current knowledge of the market along with experience in the ups and downs in the housing market and offers professional service to everyone, every time. Chad has completed extensive training in real estate law, appraisal, financing, marketing and luxury home sales. Chad is a member of the Residential Real Estate Council and holds the prestigious CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation. He is also a member of the national and state associations of REALTORS® and the Greater Nashville REALTORS®, where he has served on numerous local committees. In his free time Chad enjoys being with friends and family, traveling, music, working out and cooking. He is an active part of our growing communities in the great city we call home, Nashville.
